Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients whenever possible.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will require a non-refundable booking deposit.
